The general conditions of sale have been established by the company SARL L'Orientale, owner of the brand Oliwood whose head office is at 20 bis rue Louis Philippe 92200 Neuilly-sur-seine France. Registered in the trade register of Hauts de Seine, under the number of Siret 49978817200033 hereinafter referred to as Oliwood and on the other hand, by any person or entity wishing to make a purchase from Oliwood or Oliwoodstore including via the website oliwoodstore.com
1- PRODUCT
All our products are handmade, each piece is unique and the quality of the products shipped by Oliwoodstore.com is verified by our team before each shipment to ensure maximum satisfaction. If one of them presents a defect it will be immediately replaced by a product as identical as possible.
The wide selection of products offered on Oliwoodstore.com are made of natural olive wood noble whose variations in color or structure are part of its characteristics and attest to the authenticity of the wood used.
The products comply with current regulations relating to the safety and health of people. The photographs illustrating the products do not constitute a contractual document.
2- ORDERING
Orders can only be placed on the site oliwoodstore.com to the exclusion of any other means.
Any order implies acceptance of the price and the description of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will intervene within the framework of a possible exchange and the guarantees mentioned above.
The contract is therefore formed when the confirmation of your order is issued as soon as possible.
You can consult your order from the order tracking.
As soon as your order is validated, it is sent to the logistics department to be processed as soon as possible. You will receive an automatic email as soon as your order is prepared and delivered to the carrier. You can then follow the progress of your order on your order tracking by clicking on the link indicated.
You must verify the conformity of the information you provide when ordering, including the delivery address. We could not be held responsible for possible data entry errors and their consequences. In this case, the costs incurred for the reshipment of the order would be at your expense.
The shipment of the parcels is made from our warehouse in ANZIN 59410 FRANCE to all countries where delivery is possible by our carrier. DHL Express
3- DELIVERY
Our deliveries are ensured by the DHL or UPS service according to the choice made by the customer and the zone of delivery. With signature on delivery
The Customer is invited to check the conformity of the Products upon delivery (absence of apparent defects/damage, in particular if the package is likely to have been opened and/or bears obvious traces of deterioration), and to express any reservations that appear justified on the delivery slip. In this case, the Customer is invited to communicate his reserves to Oliwood in writing (notably by e-mail), so that Oliwood can take the necessary actions with the carrier if necessary.
The Customer is informed that the maximum legal time limit to notify the carrier of the reservations is SEVENTY TWO (72) hours from the reception of the Products.
4- PRICES
The prices of the Products are in Euros, are indicated inclusive of all taxes and are those in force on the day of the order. They do not include the cost of transport as well as any fees, taxes or duties of any kind, which will be specified for each Product and order. Oliwood may modify its prices at any time, without affecting the Contracts in progress.
Payment is due in full when the Products are ordered. Payments will be made through an external online credit card payment provider.
All possible customs fees outside the European Community are at the customer's expense.
5- RETURN & EXCHANGE
In accordance with Article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of his order, to return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange, a credit note or a refund without penalty, except for the cost of return postage.
Any return must be requested online via the Customer's personal space on his Customer Account. When making the request, the Customer must specify whether he/she wishes to exchange the item, receive a credit note or a refund. For any validated request, a return form will be sent to the Customer.
This return form will be attached to the return package. For Customers outside of Metropolitan France, the invoice for the Product must also be printed and included in the return package.
6- CONDITIONS OF THE FREE RETURN & EXCHANGE SERVICE :
This service is only available for returns made from Metropolitan France.
Offer valid once per order.
To benefit from this offer, the customer must have placed an order for an amount greater than or equal to 100 € (excluding shipping costs and gift wrapping option).
This offer does not apply to promotional products or products on sale.
The customer will have to fill in the return form or the exchange form from the section "My Account" then "My Orders" accessible from the top of the page on the site once identified.
Oliwood will also assume the return shipping costs in the case of an error in the delivery and after validation by the customer service.
In cases that do not meet the conditions of the Free Return and Exchange service, the shipping costs in the case of a retraction will be charged to the customer.

8- COMPETENT COURTS
The present General Conditions of Sale are governed exclusively by French law.

The company SARL L'Orientale is committed to protect the personal data of its customers. None of the personal data concerning the customer collected by OLIWOOD will be communicated to third parties for canvassing purposes. The customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him/her (Art. 34 of the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978).
To exercise this right, the customer should contact OLIWOOD directly.
The information collected by OLIWOOD has been declared to the CNIL under the number 1260516 in accordance with the law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978.
10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any reproduction or use, total or partial, of any kind and on any medium whatsoever, in France or abroad, of elements of the Site oliwoodstore.com is strictly prohibited.
